CLIENT POLICY AND AGREEMENT

Usage Rights
All commissioned artworks may be used for personal, non-commercial, and commercial purposes by the client.
I retain the right to include copies of commissioned works in my portfolio. While crediting me as the commissioned artist is not mandatory, it is highly appreciated.
Please do not submit commissioned works to art contests as this violates the spirit of our agreement.Commercial Use
Commercial commissions are always welcome. My previous clients have included startups and organizations.
If the artwork will be used for commercial purposes, kindly inform me, as I may be able to provide additional services that could be beneficial for your business needsCommission Rates
The rates listed on this site are guidelines and are subject to negotiation. For inquiries or to request a commission, please contact me via email or through the social media links on the Home Page.
Commission rates and shop prices may be reduced through exclusive discounts as perks for Patreon or Ko-fi members, who also receive priority in the commission queue. For details on membership benefits and to apply, please visit my Patreon or Ko-fi pages.
Commissions are fulfilled on a first-come, first-serve basis. During your inquiry, I will provide an estimated start and finish date. Rushed work requests may incur additional charges.
If I am currently working on other large projects, I will inform you if there is a delay in accepting new requests.Process and Payment Terms
Inquiry Stage: I will outline the commission terms and an estimated rate. Upon request, I can provide proof of prior transactions for authenticity.
Agreement and Confirmation: Once the details and inclusions for the commission are confirmed, I will send the finalized terms for your approval. Upon agreement, the pre-payment is required to begin the project.Payment Schedule
Payments are made in a 20-50-30 structure:

20% Pre-paymentThis initial payment confirms the order and initiates the creation of 2-3 sample sketches. At this stage, minor adjustments to pose or background are allowed, with one complete sketch revision included.
50% Mid PaymentAfter the final sketch is approved by the client, the 50% payment will be required, bringing the total paid to 70%. Major revisions to pose, background, or characters beyond this point will incur an additional 50% of the commission’s price.
30% Final Payment:Before the delivery of the final artwork, a watermarked screenshot of the finished piece will be sent for approval. Upon satisfaction, the remaining 30% will be due. Once the final payment is received, the high-resolution files will be delivered via email.

Mode of Payment:
Payments can be made via GCash, PayPal, or cash (for personal meet-ups). For orders through Ko-fi, only PayPal is accepted due to Ko-fi’s platform policy.Special Payment Circumstance for Ko-fi Orders:
Due to Ko-fi’s platform policies, full payment is required upfront, which overrides the installment options (20-50-30) noted here. However, Ko-fi offers the convenience of easy access to orders directly through the Ko-fi site, with secure payment processing exclusively via PayPal. If you prefer the installment schedule, feel free to reach out through my other social media channels to arrange an alternative process.Refund Policy

The final delivery will only include the artwork agreed upon in the initial terms. Any additional work beyond this scope will be treated as a separate commission, with negotiable pricing.
